Missing Airdrie boy spotted in Aberdeen

Officers are appealing to the public to help find 14-year-old John-Paul Cruden.

Offices are asking members of the public to help to trace a missing 14-year-old boy from Airdrie who was last seen in Aberdeen.

John-Paul Cruden was reported missing from the town on Monday and was last seen yesterday morning in the Maberly Street area of Aberdeen.

He is described as 5 foot 4 inches tall, with short fair/blonde hair and was last seen wearing grey jogging bottoms and black and white trainers.

Sergeant Kevin Ross of Bucksburn Police Station, Aberdeen said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for John-Paul’s wellbeing and just want to ensure that he is safe and well.

“If anyone has seen John-Paul or has any information that may help us trace him, please contact us on 101 quoting incident number 3634 of 18 April.”
