Five men charged in connection with Dennistoun death

Five men, aged between 15 and 30, have been charged in connection with the death of Craig Watson in Dennistoun.

Craig, 39, was found seriously injured on Whitevale Gardens shortly after midnight on Sunday, but passed away at the scene.

The men are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.

Speaking previously, Detective Chief Inspector Cameron Miller from Police Scotland's Major Investigation Team said: "Whitevale Gardens is a residential area and I am sure local residents would have either seen or heard what happened and I would encourage them to come forward if they have not already done so."
