Man in life-threatening condition after being injured in Maryhill
Detectives are investigating how a man came to be seriously injured in Maryhill last night.
The 41-year-old is in a life-threatening condition in hospital, after he was found on Hathaway Lane around 5:50pm.
Police want to speak to anyone who heard or saw a disturbance nearby.
Detective Sergeant Nick Gribben, of Maryhill CID, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing into the incident and how this man came to be injured.
“I would urge anyone who may have assisted the man to come forward.
“If you may have seen or heard a disturbance within the flats or the surrounding area then please get in touch.
“Anyone with information should call police via 101, quoting incident 2766 of 20 March, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
