Man attacked by another man in Trongate

A man in his early 20's was seriously sexually assaulted in the Trongate area of Glasgow in the early hours this morning.
At around 340am a 22 year old man was attacked by another man in a lane between Parnie Street and the Trongate.
The victim had previously left a nearby nightclub and thereafter met the suspect who is black.
Extensive enquiries are underway with officers examining CCTV footage and conducting door to door enquiries.
Detective Inspector David Reilly said: “The victim has been left extremely distressed by what happened and it is vital that we trace the individual responsible.
"I would appeal to anyone who was in the surrounding area in the early hours of this morning who may have seen anything suspicious to please get in touch.
