Man killed in Cambuslang high-rise fire

A 57 year-old man's died following a fire at flats in Cambuslang on Friday.

Crews were called out to the blaze at the Standford Hall flats on Allison Drive around 5.30pm - his body was found after it was put out.

Enquiries are ongoing into what caused the fire but there doesn't appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
