A man who repeatedly raped a young girl from the age of six has been jailed for 12 years. Robert Miller, 39, who is assessed as a danger to women, was also convicted of raping a woman and sexually abusing a third woman. The offences were committed between 1991 and 2014 at various addresses in Glasgow.
Yesterday at the High Court in Glasgow Judge Sean Murphy told Miller: “You have been convicted of an appalling series of crimes. You are classed as a high risk of re-offending and high risk of sexual recidivism.”
Judge Murphy placed Miller on the sex offenders' register.
Defence QC Thomas Ross said: “My client continues to deny the offences.''
