Man in court after Glasgow death
Joseph McGready died in hospital on Monday after being found injured at a flat near Glasgow city centre.
A man's has appeared in court accused of murdering a man. Connor Thomas, 27, allegedly assaulted Joseph McGready at a flat near Glasgow city centre on September 29, 2023.
Court papers state Thomas acted with another when he repeatedly struck Mr McGready on the head and body with a knife.
Amenda Welsh, 47, appeared in court in Monday this week accused of his attempted murder.
However, Mr McGready had died earlier on that day at Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
