A man is in critical condition in hospital after an incident in a Glasgow Hospital.

Police were called to Stobhill at 12.55pm this afternoon.

A 44-year-old man has been taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.55pm on Tuesday, 25 October, we received a report of a concern for person in the Balornock Road area of Glasgow.

“A man 44-year-old has been taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where his condition is described as critical.”
