Man charged after 'targeted' serious assault in Falkirk
The incident took place in a property on Bute Street on Monday, June 13
A 49-year-old man has been charged after a serious assault in Falkirk last week.
The incident, in which a man was subjected to a "targeted attack" within a property, happened on Bute Street on Monday, June 13.
Officers confirmed two men entered the property at around 10.30pm and seriously assaulted the victim.
Both suspects were seen fleeing the area in the direction of Wallace Street.

Police have also confirmed a 31-year-old man has also been arrested in connection with the incident.
Emergency services were called and the 48-year-old victim was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital where he was treated by medical staff.
The 49-year-old man is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court tomorrow (June 20).
