Man charged following death of man found seriously injured in Govan

Police were called to a block of flats on Southcroft Street at around 7pm on Friday where Stephen Gray later died at the scene from his injuries

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 23-year-old man in the Govan area of Glasgow.

Police were called to a block of flats on Southcroft Street at around 7pm on Friday where Stephen Gray was found seriously injured.

He was pronounced dead a short time later, and his next of kin have been made aware.

A 31-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, 6 November.
