A man has been attacked in his own home after a gang of masked men forced their way into the property.

The 52-year-old was then chased as he tried to escape from the violent assault on Monday afternoon.
Police Scotland said the incident - for which no motive has yet been established - happened in the Ferguslie Park area of Paisley, Renfrewshire, at about 1.50pm.
The victim was in his Candren Road home when three or four masked men broke into the house and began assaulting him.
He was followed and attacked again as he tried to flee the house.
Officers said the injured man managed to make his way to a friend's house and call the emergency services.
He is now being treated at the town's Royal Alexandra Hospital, where staff describe his condition as stable.
Detective Inspector Sandy Nelson, of Paisley CID, said: "We are still trying to establish a motive for this violent attack and are carrying out door-to-door enquiries in an attempt to gain further information.
"I'd like to speak to anyone who saw the group of masked men in the Candren Road area around the time that the incident took place on Monday afternoon."
