Around 5pm on Friday, 28 April, 2023, a 28-year-old man was walking on a local footpath within the Redburn Estate of Bonhill when he was attacked by two males.

The first male suspect is around 15-16 years old, around 5ft. 8 inches tall, with red hair, a slim build, and wearing a green top.

Officers have been carrying out door to door enquiries and are reviewing any appropriate recorded footage.

Detective Constable Callum Hall said: “The motive for this attack is unknown and we are working to identify and locate the two males.

"The footpath where this happened leads from Redburn to Ladyton shopping centre so I am appealing to anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident to contact us.
