Man arrested after 'attempting to climb Glasgow Science Centre tower'
Police were called to the scene just before 2 o'clock this afternoon.
A man has been arrested after he tried to climb the Glasgow Science Centre tower.
Police were called to the scene on the banks of the river Clyde at around 1.55pm on Saturday.
It is understood the attempt came after an appeal was posted on social media.
The science centre itself was not affected by the incident.
