Man appears in court after dad shot outside Glasgow primary school
Martyn Fitzsimmons is accused of the attempted murder of Ross Monaghan
A man has appeared in court charged with attempting to murder a dad who was shot outside a Glasgow primary school.
Martyn Fitzsimmons allegedly carried out the attack on Ross Monaghan, 35, near St George’s Primary in Penilee on January 16.
The 36-year-old from Glasgow also faces three firearms charges.
He appeared from custody at Glasgow Sheriff Court where he made no plea and was remanded.
Fitzsimmons will appear for a full committal hearing next week.
