Man appears in court accused of sex attack on child in Pollock
It's alleged to have happened this week
A man has appeared in court charged with a sexual assault on a 10-year-old.
Paul Lavery allegedly carried out the sex attack on the girl at a lane linking Langton Crescent with Drumcross Road in Pollok, on November 14.
Prosecutors claim the 36-year-old assaulted her “with intent to rape her”.
Lavery from Pollok appeared in private at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday where he was represented by Darren Fleming.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody by sheriff Ian Miller.
He will appear again next week for a full committal hearing.
