Man accused of "upskirting" supermarket shoppers in Alloa
Ryan Fox denies all the charges against him.
A man will face trial accused of “upskirting” female shoppers in three Alloa supermarkets.
Ryan Fox allegedly used a mobile phone to film underneath women’s clothing in February and March this year at Asda, Aldi and Tesco.
It’s also alleged between January last year and March this year, at the same stores, he followed and filmed an eight year-old girl and other women and children without their knowledge and consent.
The 32 year-old, who is from Alloa, also stands accused of assaulting a custody officer at Alloa Sheriff Court.
At a procedural hearing at Stirling Sheriff Court, Ryan maintained not guilty pleas to all of the charges against him.
The trial will start next month and Fox was remanded in custody.
