A man is accused of breaking into several Glasgow city centre bars and restaurants with intent to steal.
Alexander Evans, 26, allegedly broke into the popular chains last October while on bail for a separate matter.
Prosecutors claim Evans entered Missoula on West George Street before breaking into The Maltman on Renfield Street.
It is said Evans then went onto smash a window at The Ivy in Buchanan Street and attempted to break in.
Evans allegedly went on to BRGR in Royal Exchange Square where he claimed to have stolen a charity tin and its contents.
It is alleged Evans then acted in a threatening or abusive manner on St Vincent Street and fail to provide personal information to police officers.
Evans faces three charges of assaulting officers at a police office including a claims of spitting and attempts to bite.
A hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court did not take place today/yesterday (thu) due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The case was dealt with administratively and a new hearing his set for July this year.
Evans has made no plea and remains on bail at an address in Paisley, Renfrewshire, meantime.
