Man accused of attacking two men and a dog with a machete at a Glasgow flat

A man is accused of attacking a dog with a machete and trying to harm two men with the blade.
Dylan Lochhead, 21, allegedly injured the dog by striking it on the body at a Glasgow flat in February this year.
Prosecutors claim Lochhead caused the pet “unnecessary suffering” in the city’s Maryhill Road.
Lochhead is also accused of assaulting Connor Hampson and William Mann by attempting to hit them with the machete at the same time and location.
Lochhead, of the city’s Blairdardie, pled not guilty from the dock at a hearing in Glasgow Sheriff Court.
A new hearing date has been set for June this year by Sheriff Joan Kerr who continued Lochhead’s remand in custody meantime
