Hundreds of mourners have gathered for the funeral of a 5 year old boy who was killed as he walked home from school in Glasgow.

Lennon Toland died last Monday afternoon after he was struck by a van in the Tollcross area of the city.

Father Andrew McKenzie is the Parish Priest who is carrying out the service at St Joseph's RC. He spoke to our Chief Reporter Linda Sinclair ahead of the funeral:

Mourners were asked to wear green in tribute to the young Celtic fan who was named after the club's former manager Neil Lennon.

He will be laid to rest at Dalbeth Cemetery.
