Police appeal after man is seriously assaulted by a group in Linwood
It happened on Clippens Road at Cowal Drive over the weekend
Officers are appealing for witnesses after a 32-year-old man was seriously assaulted in Linwood.
The 32-year-old was walking on Clippens Road at Cowal Drive, around 10.20pm on Saturday, 9 September, 2023, when he was approached by a group of males and seriously assaulted.
He was taken to the Royal Alexandria Hospital, Paisley for treatment and has since been released.
Detective Constable Barry Gourley said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident to contact us.
“I am also appealing for anyone who was driving in the area and who may have dash cam footage which could assist with our enquiries to get in touch.”
