A Carluke family is telling Clyde News how they were forced to move from their home just to feel safe after their son was attacked by a neighbours dog.

Logan Kelly was just four years-old when the animal came charging towards him, dragged him from a play area and down a street.

Police were unable to anything because the dog was not considered a dangerous breed.

Logan is now being treated for PTSD.

Logan's mum Stephanie spoke to our reporter Natalie Crawford and says it has ruined the now seven year old's childhood:

She is now backing our 'Lead the Way' campaign to toughen up the Control of Dogs Act in Scotland.
