A Lanark man is is telling us he is knackered after finishing a 24 hour running challenge on Remembrance Day.
Craig Curtis completed 800-metre route 169 times covering 130 kilometres.
He told Clyde 1: "I am very sore at the moment and my left knee is pretty chewed up.
"This is definitely one of the hardest things I've done mentally in a long time.
"I hit a brick wall at around 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning and eventually I started to slow it down to a walk or a waddle."
The former soldier turned gym owner wanted to pay tribute to all the fallen and men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for the country in his own unique way.
He added: "I tried hard to remind myself why I was doing this challenge which really helped to keep me going.
"When I finished, I tried to sleep but the adrenaline stopped me from getting a proper rest.
"I am very much on the road to recovery now."
