The roof and wall were destroyed at the property on Burn Street Lane in Old Bonhill in the blast on Friday afternoon.
Eight residents were asked to spend Saturday night in a local hotel as Police and Scottish Fire and Rescue Service officers continue efforts to ensure the area's safety
It's not yet known what caused the explosion, though it's thought it may have been gas related.
A spokeswoman for Scottish Gas Networks said engineers attended the scene yesterday afternoon and carried out safety checks.
