Investigation launched after two cars set on fire

Police have launched an investigation after two cars were set on fire in Lanarkshire on Saturday.
A white Audi on Machan Road was set alight in Larkhall at around 6.30pm, while a silver Toyota was damaged in Gilmour Place in Bellshill at around 6.15pm.
Detective Sergeant Jimmy Williamson said: We are carrying out investigations after both cars have deliberately been set alight.
It is understood a grey-coloured vehicle was at the scene of both incidents and we believe both of these crimes to be linked.
I would appeal to anyone who may have been in either of the areas and witnessed anything suspicious to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting 3447 of 25 April.''
