Illness Forces Jessie J To Move Glasgow Gig
Jessie J has postponed a concert tonight due to a throat infection.
The singer was due to perform at Glasgow's O2 Academy, but a statement from the venue said it has now been rescheduled for February 1.
The Glasgow show was to be the first of her latest tour, with dates in Newcastle tomorrow and Manchester on Saturday.
A statement from Jessie J, posted on the O2 Academy's Facebook page, read: I am sad to inform you that I will not be able to do my opening show in Glasgow today.
Unfortunately I have woken up with a throat infection.
I am so sad as I love all my Scottish fans, you are the best.
The show will be rescheduled to Sunday February 1 so I look forward to seeing you all then.''
O2 Academy said tickets bought for tonight will be valid for the rescheduled date.
It said in a statement: We are very sorry to announce that tonight's Jessie J concert has been postponed due to illness.
We apologise for any inconvenience. Original tickets will remain valid for the new date. Or, if you can't make it, refunds are available from point of purchase.''
