The number of people becoming homeless more than once a year has risen by 35% since 2015.

People with complex issues are usually placed in supported facilities, but for many restrictions like a curfew and restrictions on visitors is too much, forcing them back into homelessness.

Last year nearly 500 people in Glasgow fell into that category.

Clyde News uncovered the figures as we continue to investigate the city's growing problem of visible homelessness.

Thomas is from the Simon Community and says it is one of the biggest issues he sees on the streets:
