Hit and run in Milngavie: Did you see anything?
Police are looking for anyone who saw a man being hit by a car in Milngavie yesterday night.
A 26-year-old man was the victim of a hit and run in Milngavie yesterday evening.
Officers from the Road Policing Complex in Govan are now appealing to anyone that might have seen anything.
Around 7.05pm, the young man was struck by a small, dark coloured car on Moor Road. The car did not stop.
He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he is currently receiving treatment for a serious head injury. Hospital staff say his condition is serious but stable.
Sergeant Jackie Dunbar at the Road Policing Complex is appealing for witnesses to this incident.
