90-year-old fighting for life after Greenock crash

A 90-year-old woman is fighting for life after being knocked down in Greenock by a car being driven by another 90-yearold.
She was struck by a Suzuki Splash on Union Street, near to Kelly, street just after 11am on Thursday 27 October.
The woman is being treated in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where hospital staff describe her condition as life threatening.
The 90-year-old driver of the car was not hurt in the crash.
Sergeant Chris Hoggans at the Road Policing Complex at Helen Street, Govan is appealing for witnesses to the incident. He would also like to hear from anyone who has captured the incident on CCTV or has dashcam footage.
