A man has been left with a serious head injury following an incident in Govanhill last night.
Emergency services were called to the scene near to Inglefield Street at around 9.45pm - where five people were involved in a disturbance.
The 36 year old man was taken to The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and treated for a serious head injury.
A 36 year old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
