Glasgow Woman Only Ate 13 Calories A Day Plunging To 4st 11lbs

3 teaspoons of food a day, 4 stone 11 pounds and almost dead. Lydia Davies lives in Glasgow and is plucking up the courage to tell Clyde News her anorexia story. She ate just 13 calories a day and lived off tinned vegetables.
The 23 year old's eating disorder was at its worst when she was at uni in the North East of England.
Lydia has now written a book about her decent in to anorexia.
