Glasgow Man Scoops £240,000 Winnings On General Election Bet

A mystery man in Glasgow is set to pick up £240,000 from a Ladbrokes branch in the city, thanks to the General Election results.

Just over a week before the vote, a £30,000 wager was placed on a Conservative majority at the local branch, at odds of 7/1.

The man has yet to come by the branch since the results began to roll in.
