Drivers warned to avoid 4 days of Easter road closure in Glasgow
One of the busiest stretches of road in Glasgow will be resurfaced
One of the busiest roads Glasgow is being closed for four days over the Easter weekend for resurfacing with city council bosses drivers to avoid the area.
Maryhill Road will be closed between Queen Margaret Drive and Kelvindale Road.

The closure will begin at 08.00 on Saturday 30th March and the cones won’t be lifted until 18.00 on Tuesday 2nd April.

A diversion will be in place for drivers heading northwest using Queen Margaret Drive, Great Western Road, Cleveden Road and Kelvindale Road to rejoin Maryhill Road.
The same diversion will be used, in reverse, for drivers travelling southeast.
