Glasgow City Council is looking to hear the views of local people on what the city should look like in the future.

The Glasgow City Development Plan is hoping to obtain responses from all age groups, backgrounds and locations, in a bid to reflect the diverse population of the area and create a better city experience for everyone.

It will impact every neighbourhood in Glasgow and will address key issues including the location of new housing and businesses, and how the town centres can be improved.

Councillor Kenny McLean, City Convener for Neighbourhoods, Housing and Public Realm at Glasgow City Council, said: "The more people who take part in this consultation, the more fully the views of Glaswegians on what they would like to see in terms of the future development of the city will be reflected.

"So I would ask as many people as possible to participate and help shape the final version of Glasgow’s City Development Plan."

The ongoing consultation ends on 11th December, you can participate in it here.
