Road closed after 13-year-old hit by car
The incident happened on Balmore Road at around 6pm
A 13-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Glasgow this evening.
The incident happened on Balmore Road shortly before 6pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told us:
“Around 5.55pm on Wednesday, 10 May, 2023, we were called to a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on Balmore Road, Glasgow.
“The pedestrian, a 13-year-old boy, was taken by ambulance to the Royal Hospital for Children.
“The road remains closed between Skirsa Street and Ashgill Road while enquiries continue.”
