Man assaulted in early morning Glasgow disturbance

Police are looking for information.

Officers are investigating after a man was seriously assaulted in a disturbance in Glasgow earlier this month.

The incident occurred between midnight and 12:25am on Sunday February 1 on Craig Street at the junction with Auchinraith Road.

They're looking for two male suspects.

One was of slim build wearing a grey hooded top, while the other was of medium build.

Both men are said to have fled along Craig Street after the assault.

Constable Jack Morton has urged anyone with information or dash-cam footage to assist with the investigation.

“Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone with information, or dash-cam footage that could assist our enquiries to come forward,” Constable Jack Morton said.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 0031 of 1 February, 2026.”
