Former Rangers owner Craig Whyte was back in the dock today in connection with an allegedly fraudulent takeover of the Ibrox club.
The 45 year-old was at the High Court in Glasgow for a two-hour hearing.
Whyte faces two charges - one of fraud and a second allegation under the Companies Act.
Details of what were discussed today cannot be reported for legal reasons.
The case was adjourned until a further hearing in December in Edinburgh.
