Fire rips through flats in Duntocher

More than 30 firefighters have been tackling a "large fire" at flats in Duntocher near Clydebank.
The blaze broke out a three storey block in Antonine Gate at just after 9pm last night.
Residents are telling Clyde News they believe it started in the cavity wall insulation of one of the properties. It has been ripped out and is lying in large piles outside the block.
In a statement, a spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service says: "At 9.05pm on Sunday, April 30, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to reports of a fire in a three storey block of flats in Antonine Gate, Duntocher.
"A total of eight appliances are on the scene and firefighters are using breathing apparatus and high powered hoses to tackle the blaze."
Firefighters and the police are still at the scene as the investigation into what caused the blaze continues.
