Parents are telling Clyde News they're worried kids could hurt themselves playing at a new swing park in Drumchapel.

Artificial grass appears to be loosening and locals claim the ground work is uneven at the site on Monymusk Place.

Peter Rivers runs exercise classes near the park and claims he is really disappointed with the final product.

He said: "There are holes beginning to appear underneath the roundabout and if a child was to put their hand in that it could be very dangerous.

"Gaps and ditches are also forming because of the poor ground work too and it looks like a mess."

Peter says the park is poorly laid out and looks unfinished.

"There are also metal plates on the ground which are meant to be the space for equipment with springs, but one of these plates has been left empty.

"This could have been a really cracking wee park, but the standard of work is embarrassing.

"It has left me feeling pretty frustrated and angry."
