EXCLUSIVE: Heartbroken family visit Ayrshire windfarm after death of 74 year-old worker
Ronnie Alexander passed away after being stranded on Sunday 21 Jan.
The family of a 74 year-old man who died after being stranded on a windfarm in the snow for several hours have gone to visit the site.
Ronnie Alexander passed away in hospital from severe hypothermia.
It is believed he spent several hours stuck in the snow after the bad weather cut off the power and heating at the Afton windfarm near New Cumnock on Sunday 21st January.
His family have gone to visit the site today (Friday 26th January) to lay flowers and cards in his memory.
