Addictive Eaters Anonymous say their 12-step programme can help
There's been a 66% rise from 2006 and 2016 in the number of people in Scotland being treated for eating disorders.
Cases of bulimia, anorexia, binge eating and extreme dieting are on the rise - and that's only the cases we know about.
In the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde area 90 people sought help for eating disorders in 2006 - it jumped to 153 by 2016.
Our reporter Vicky Murray has been speaking to a 54 year old woman from Glasgow who says she's been addicted to eating since she was 7.
She has been helped by Additive Eaters Anonymous - and is now looking to help others who have the illness.
