E-fit released by police after attempted robbery in Easterhouse in Glasgow

Detectives looking into an attempted robbery of a woman in Easterhouse, Glasgow, are releasing an E-fit image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The incident took place around 9.25am on Monday, 21 June, 2021, on Easterhouse Road near to its junction with Aberdalgie Road.

The man shown in the image is described as white, around 40-years-old, 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with short blond hair and facial hair.

He spoke with an Ayrshire accent and was wearing black trousers, a black hooded jumper and black trainers.

Detective Constable Poppy Stewart said: “We’re asking anyone with information which could help us identify this man to please come forward. We believe he may hold information which could assist our investigation.”
