Volunteers at Drumchapel Foodbank are making an urgent appeal for donations as supplies hit an all time low.

There's only around 10 days of food left on the shelves.

They're desperate for tins of food as well as baby food and toiletries, including toothpaste, shower gel and feminine products.

Volunteer Coordinator Ryan McGeady said: "At the moment we have more going out than we are getting back in."

"It's never been this low, worst case scenario we've got around 10 days to a fortnight worth of supplies left."

Donations can be dropped off at the KCEDG Centre on Ladyloan Place.
