A rapist bodybuilder who made a victim sign a "behaviour contract" has been sentenced to 9 years in jail at the High Court in Glasgow.
John Allen was today sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow have earlier been convicted of 10 charges involving two traumatised women.
The 28 year-old was caught on camera raping one - before the screen went blank and her screams can be heard.
Allen had denied the accusations - spanning six years - during a trial in Stirling in August.
He insisted any sexual contact was consensual and that one of the women had been "playing the bad girl".
As well as the jail-term, Judge Fiona Tait also ordered Allen be supervised for a further four years on his release.
She told Allen: "This has had a substantial impact (on the victims) and caused significant harm."
The crimes occurred in Allen's hometown of Denny in Stirlingshire.
Jurors had been shown at the trial two distressing videos of Allen raping one of the young women.
She also regularly suffered physical abuse at his violent hands.
This included being punched, dragged upstairs as well as being stamped upon.
In her evidence, the woman recalled: "I thought: 'I am going to die, if I stay here'."
He also made her hand over all her wages, forced her to stop using contraception, and bought her clothes that he "allowed" to wear.
The court heard Allen lay in wait for the woman one night as she went to her vehicle.
He then jumped in the passenger seat - and with his faced masked - the terrified victim initially believed she was being car-jacked.
She recalled: "He told me to put it in reverse and 'f*g drive'."
The scared woman agreed to his demands - but then Allen tried to grab the steering wheel and move the car towards a building.
The victim managed to escape and get back to her nearby workplace.
Police were alerted and found Allen hiding in the back seat of the motor.
He was arrested with the damning sex attack videos later discovered on his mobile phone.
Allen denied he had been physically or sexually violent to either woman.
Asked about the videos, he claimed the victim had been "playing the bad girl, naughty girl stereotype".
Allen: “Her consent was always vital because of the extreme nature of it.
“The more wrong it seemed, the more fun it seemed – that’s all part of the fun and games.”
The charges he was guilty of included raping both women, attempting to rape one as well as assault.
Tony Lenehan KC, defending, today/yesterday said: "He maintains his position of innocence."
Allen was put on the sex offenders list and further hit with non-harassment orders banning him from approaching or contacting either woman.
Both were for an indefinite period.
