Search for missing person Denise Doyle continues
Police are urging anyone who may have useful information to come forward
Police are continuing the search for missing person Anne Denise Doyle, aged 53, known as Denise.
Denise from Cumlodden Drive, Maryhill, was reportedly last seen leaving her mother's house in Oran Place, Maryhill around 9:30am on Friday the 20th of October. Police have since found CCTV footage of her in the Sandbank Street area of Maryhill around 9pm later the same day.
She has been described as white, 5ft 5 in height, of slim build, with brown eyes and dark greying hair which is tied up in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a black anorak style jacket with fur-lined hood, light coloured trousers or bare legs and black fur-trimmed boots.
Sergeant Alan Long from Maryhill Police Station, said
“Denise has not been seen for seven days and has never been missing before, therefore we have concerns for her safety and well-being. She has a close and supportive family who are all worried about her.
“You may not realise that you have seen Denise and have information that can help us trace her. We would encourage the public who use dash or helmet-cams in the Maryhill area to think back about where they were between 20:45 and 21:15 hours on Friday 20 October.”
Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2809 of 21 October 2017.
