A Glasgow 'Come Dine With Me'' winner who hurled racist abuse at her neighbour has been fined £420 today.

Lucy Haughey, 44, called Roman Kavur, 25, a "foreign c***" on their shared landing in Cathcart on March 8 2024.

Haughey - who was stated to have smelled of alcohol - also kicked and damaged Mr Kavur's front door.

The mum - who won the hit Channel 4 show in 2017 - was found guilty of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner which was racially aggravated.

Haughey also hit the headlines seven years ago after she had sex with a 15-year-old boy and was given a three-year community payback order.

Greece based Haughey was due to return to Glasgow Sheriff Court today to be sentenced for her latest offence.

However, her lawyer Michael Gallen stated that she could not travel due to "financial difficulties" and the matter was dealt with in her absence.

Sheriff Collette Gallagher imposed a one-year non-harassment order on Haughey against her victims as well as the fine.
