The incident happened around 2.10am on Saturday, June 15, 2024, when a white Audi A3 was set on fire in the Queen Mary Crescent area of the town.

The fire was put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, and no one was injured.

Now they have made an arrest, and the man is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
