A Celtic fan has been arrested in connection with a social media post threatening two Rangers players with violence.
It targeted Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent and appeared on Twitter after the Old Firm game in December.
34-year-old Steven Pettigrew is due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court.
A police spokesperson said: "Police Scotland can confirm that a 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to an offensive social media post after the Celtic vs Rangers game on Sunday December 29, 2019.
"He is due to appear in Greenock Sheriff Court on January 10, 2019."
