Celtic defender arrested and charged with road traffic offence in Glasgow

Celtic defender Alexandro Bernabei has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence in Glasgow city centre.

The 21-year-old was arrested in the early hours of Monday August 15.

He has since been released, and is due to appear in court at a later date.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "On Monday, 15 August, 2022, a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with a road traffic offence which took place in Glasgow city centre.

"He has been released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date."
