Police say he may be able to assist them with their enquiries in to an attack outside The Social on Royal Exchange Square.
A 25-year-old man was left badly beaten following the attack around 1.40am on Saturday 14 January.
Detectives believe that the man shown in the photos may have information that could assist them with their investigation and would appeal to him or anyone who recognises him to contact police.
The man is described as an Asian male, aged between 24-30 years old, around 5ft7”, slim build with dark well-kept hair and a slight amount of facial hair.
