Police have released CCTV images as they continue to investigate a serious assault in Glasgow.

Police have released CCTV images as they continue to investigate a serious assault in Glasgow.

A 49-year-ol was left with serious injuries following the attack on Union Street at around 4.20pm on Friday 2nd September.

Officers believe that the man shown in the images may have information that will assist with their investigation.

He's described as white, in his early twenties, around 5”7 in height and of slim build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a dark hooded top, dark jogging bottoms and distinctive blue trainers. He was last seen on Union Street turning right towards Central Station.
